Porta Potty Rentals

newly installed portable toilets
The evolution of portable restroom facilities has been remarkable. Some porta potty's now feature modern luxuries like ceramic tiles, porcelain toilets, flushing systems, wash basins and even hand sanitizing stations. Portable toilets are an efficient, secure, and affordable option for satisfying your restroom needs. There is a wide variety of styles, capacities, and conveniences available for portable toilets. There are several things to keep in mind while hunting for the perfect porta potty solution. Our team is here to assist you with your porta potty rental every step of the way.

Design for a Portable Restroom
A porta-potty, also known as a porta-john, or portable restroom, has a high-density aluminum and polyethylene body with a transparent ceiling, ventilation, and doors. The inside of the compartment is fitted with a non-splash urinal, toilet seat, storage tank, and non-slip floor. We also offer models with additional pressure systems and flushing mechanisms to help move water and chemicals around. Porta potties are designed to keep waste until it can be removed by our professional sanitation crew.

Number of People and Maintenance
What kind of portable toilets and how long of a rental period are required are crucial factors that should be considered while planning any event. As an illustration, depending on the scope of the job, you may opt for regular porta potties or splurge on "luxury" trailers and handicap-accessible units. Porta-potties should be placed at a ratio of one every 40–60 persons. Keeping the porta potties clean will also necessitate frequent checks depending on how long your rental is needed. More ground means more porta potties would be needed to accommodate your event, construction site, or other portable sanitation demands. The location of the unit in relation to your event or construction site will also play a role in how often it needs to be serviced.

Cleaning Your Porta Potty
Porta potties are self-contained, thus their sewage removal requires dedicated employees. On average, our sanitation team will clean thirty to forty porta-potties every day. Depending on the length of the rental and the nature of the event, porta potties would be serviced once a week. Cleaning the rental after every 90 uses is recommended if you plan on using it for a single outdoor event. A vacuum is attached to the unit's holding tank or output hole in order to remove waste from inside. The waste is sucked into a big tanker truck with a trash compactor and a freshwater tank. After the porta-potty has been emptied, we add clean water, dye, and an enzyme solution to the holding tank. Then we use a spray to kill any remaining bacteria on the seats, walls, floors, and urinals of your rental unit. Refills of paper products, soap, and other necessities are also done with each scheduled maintenance.

Most Common Porta Pottie Rental Units
One of the most affordable options we provide is our Standard Flush Unit. To prevent the spread of germs between users, a foot flush has been integrated into the device for complete sanitation. If you're looking for a high-end, yet cost-effective portable toilet, go no further than our Executive Portable Toilet. A hand washing sink and, once again, a foot flush mechanism is included in the unit. Each of these units is ideal for any celebration or event.
