Rentals, Quotes & Scheduling

Rentals are arranged by phone or email. We provide quotes based on the unit type, quantity, rental length, and location you request. Quotes and unit availability are subject to change and are not final until confirmed with Houston Porta Potty Rentals. Delivery, servicing, and pickup are coordinated directly with you and may be adjusted based on site conditions, weather, or scheduling needs. We make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested dates but cannot guarantee exact delivery or pickup windows.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and accessible location for unit placement, and for ensuring our delivery and service vehicles can reach that location. You are responsible for obtaining any permits, permissions, or approvals required for placement at your site, including from property owners, event venues, or local authorities, and for keeping units accessible for scheduled servicing throughout the rental period. You are responsible for any damage to a unit beyond normal use, and for any costs resulting from misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized relocation of a unit.

Site Access & Placement

You are responsible for identifying a placement location that is level, stable, and clear of overhead obstructions, utility lines, and other hazards. Houston Porta Potty Rentals will use reasonable judgment when placing units, but final responsibility for site suitability rests with the customer. If our crew determines that a location is unsafe or inaccessible, we may place the unit at the nearest suitable spot or contact you to reschedule delivery.

Payment

Payment terms and methods are provided with your quote and confirmed before or at the time of rental. Continued use of our rental services constitutes agreement to the payment terms provided to you for that rental.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change a scheduled rental, contact us as soon as possible by phone or email. We will work with you to adjust delivery dates, unit counts, or other rental details where possible. Specific cancellation and change terms may vary by rental and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website, services, and rented units are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Houston Porta Potty Rentals makes no warranties, express or implied, beyond those required by applicable law. To the extent permitted under Texas law, our liability for any claim arising from your rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.
